1. Introduction

Welcome to Brewz Store. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile platforms, and the purchase of products from Brewz Store ("we," "us," or "our"), an online retailer of coffee beans and barista accessories operating in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

3. Eligibility

To place an order with Brewz Store, you must:

       Be at least 18 years of age, or have legal parental or guardian consent.

       Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Egyptian law.

       Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the ordering process, including a valid Egyptian delivery address and contactable phone number.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts if these conditions are not met or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Products

Brewz Store sells coffee beans (whole and ground) and barista accessories, including but not limited to grinders, brewing equipment, scales, kettles, filters, and related tools.

       All product descriptions, weights, origins, roast levels, and specifications are provided in good faith and are intended to be as accurate as possible.

       Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color, packaging, or appearance.

       Coffee bean availability, roast dates, and harvest origins may change based on supplier stock. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent items only with the customer's prior approval.

       All products are intended for personal, household, or small-business use unless otherwise specified.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our platforms are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your order.

5.1 Payment Methods

Brewz Store currently accepts the following payment method:

       Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made in full, in cash, in Egyptian Pounds, directly to the delivery representative at the time of receipt.

Customers paying by Cash on Delivery are expected to:

       Have the exact order amount ready upon delivery, including any applicable shipping fees.

       Be available at the provided delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

       Present a valid form of identification if requested by the delivery representative.

5.2 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via the contact details provided. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Brewz Store reserves the right to verify, accept, or reject any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or incorrect customer information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Coverage and Timeframes

       We deliver across Egyptian governorates. Specific coverage areas are listed at checkout.

       Standard delivery timeframes range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination governorate. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

       Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6.2 Shipping Fees

       Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and order weight.

       Shipping fees are paid by the customer in addition to the product price, unless a promotional free-shipping offer applies.

       In the case of returns and refunds, the customer is responsible for the cost of the original shipping fee and any return pickup fee, as detailed in Section 7.

6.3 Inspection at Delivery

For hygiene, quality control, and security reasons, customers are not permitted to open the shipment or product packaging in front of the delivery representative before accepting the order.

Customers may inspect the external condition of the parcel (for visible damage, tampering, or incorrect labeling) and may refuse delivery if any of these issues are evident, in which case the parcel will be returned to Brewz Store at no cost to the customer.

Once the parcel is accepted and the COD payment is made, the order is considered delivered. Any further claim must follow the Returns and Refunds process described in Section 7.

6.4 Failed Deliveries

       If the customer is unreachable, unavailable, or refuses delivery without a valid reason after dispatch, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

       Repeated failed delivery attempts (3 or more) may result in cancellation of the order and may affect the customer's ability to place future Cash on Delivery orders.

7. Returns and Refunds

Brewz Store offers a limited returns and refunds policy. Please read this section carefully before placing an order.

7.1 Return Eligibility

A product may be returned for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

       The product is unopened, unused, with all original seals, packaging, labels, and tags intact.

       The return request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date the customer received the order.

       Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

       Coffee beans or any consumable product where the original seal, vacuum packaging, or freshness packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with.

       Accessories that have been used, assembled, washed, or have visible signs of use.

       Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer.

       Items returned without their original packaging, manuals, or accessories.

       Items purchased as part of a clearance, final-sale, or promotional bundle marked as non-returnable.

7.2 How to Request a Return

To request a return, the customer must contact Brewz Store within the 7-day window through any of the following official channels:

       Facebook: @brew.store (Page Message)

The return request must include:

       The order number.

       The full name and phone number used at checkout.

       A clear photo of the product showing the unopened, intact packaging.

       The reason for the return.

7.3 Return Pickup and Customer Responsibilities

       Once the return request is reviewed and approved by Brewz Store, our team will arrange a return pickup from the customer's address.

       The customer is responsible for the cost of the original shipping fee, which will not be refunded.

       The customer is also responsible for the cost of the return pickup, which will be deducted from the refund amount or collected separately, as agreed at the time of return arrangement.

       The customer must hand over the product in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, seals, and accessories. Brewz Store reserves the right to refuse the return if the product is opened, damaged, or incomplete upon inspection at our warehouse.

7.4 Refund Processing

       Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.

       Approved refunds will be issued within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date the returned product is received and inspected.

       Refunds are issued in Egyptian Pounds via the method agreed upon with the customer (bank transfer, mobile wallet, or other available channels). Brewz Store does not issue cash refunds outside of these methods.

       The refund amount will equal the product price paid by the customer, minus the original shipping fee and the return pickup fee.

7.5 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the customer receives a product that is visibly damaged, defective, or differs from what was ordered, the customer must:

       Contact Brewz Store through one of the official social channels listed above within 48 hours of receiving the order.

       Provide clear photographs and a description of the issue.

If the claim is verified by our team, Brewz Store will, at its sole discretion, replace the item, issue store credit, or process a full refund including shipping fees, with no cost to the customer.

8. Cancellations

       Customers may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, by contacting us through any official social channel.

       Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard Returns and Refunds policy in Section 7 will apply.

       Brewz Store reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. In such cases, the customer will be notified and any amount paid will be refunded in full.

9. Product Warranty

       Coffee beans and consumable products are not covered by any warranty beyond the conditions stated in Section 7.

       Barista accessories may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Warranty terms, duration, and conditions are determined solely by the manufacturer.

       Brewz Store will assist the customer in coordinating with the manufacturer or authorized service center, but is not itself a party to the manufacturer's warranty.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Brewz Store's website and social media channels, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, product images, descriptions, graphics, and written content, is the exclusive property of Brewz Store or its licensors and is protected under applicable Egyptian and international intellectual property laws.

No content from Brewz Store may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

11. Customer Conduct

Customers agree not to:

       Provide false or misleading information when placing an order.

       Place orders with the intention of refusing them upon delivery.

       Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward Brewz Store employees, delivery representatives, or customer service staff.

       Misuse our return policy through repeated unjustified returns or fraudulent claims.

Brewz Store reserves the right to suspend or block customers who violate these conditions and to refuse future orders from such customers.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Brewz Store collects and processes customer information (such as name, address, phone number, and order details) solely for the purpose of processing orders, delivering products, providing customer service, and complying with applicable laws.

Customer information is handled in accordance with applicable Egyptian data protection laws and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders (e.g., shipping couriers) or as required by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Brewz Store's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

Brewz Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.

Brewz Store is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, courier failures, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

14. Modifications to Terms

Brewz Store reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our official channels with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of Brewz Store's services, shall first be addressed amicably between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
